From Entry Number to prize voucher
The Draw process is designed to be simple, auditable, and clear from entry to prize fulfilment.
- 01Choose Entry Numbers
Select how many paid Entry Numbers you want for the Draw.
- 02Secure checkout
Complete checkout using your customer account. Only successful and accepted payments count.
- 03Entry Numbers allocated
Valid paid Entry Numbers are recorded against your customer account for that Draw.
- 04Draw closes
After the closing date, failed, refunded, duplicate, invalid, or disputed entries are removed.
- 05Winner selected
A winning Entry Number is selected using RANDOM.ORG or an equivalent independent and auditable random selection method.
- 06Winner verified
We check the winner’s identity, age, account details, address, and eligibility before the prize is released.
- 07Prize voucher issued
After verification, the winner receives a voucher for the specific prize product and uses it to place the prize order.

How much is one Entry Number?
Each paid Entry Number costs GBP 1. You can choose how many Entry Numbers to enter, up to the online transaction limit shown on the Draw page.
When do I receive my Entry Numbers?
After a successful and accepted payment, your valid Entry Numbers are allocated and recorded against your customer account for that Draw.
Does every Entry Number have the same chance?
Yes. Every valid allocated Entry Number has the same chance in the Draw.
How is the winner selected?
After the Draw closes, invalid, failed, refunded, duplicate, or disputed entries are removed. A winning Entry Number is then selected using RANDOM.ORG or an equivalent independent and auditable random selection method.
What happens if I win?
We check the selected Entry Number against our records and may verify identity, age, account details, address, and eligibility. After verification, the winner receives a voucher for the specific prize product and uses it to place the prize order.
Is delivery included?
Standard prize shipping is included for UK and eligible international winners. Import duties, taxes, customs, brokerage, or local charges may still apply outside the UK.
How does the Launch Offer work?
If you spend GBP 300 across eligible Draws during the same rolling 3-month period and those qualifying paid Entry Numbers do not win a guitar prize, your account may be reviewed for up to GBP 300 back. The offer is subject to the Draw Terms and Conditions and must be linked to the same customer account.
