The promoter is Lindo Limited trading as Lindo Guitars.

Lindo Guitar Draws give eligible entrants the chance to win the prize shown on the relevant Draw listing page.

Each Draw has its own listing page, which may include the prize description, prize RRP, opening date, closing date, Draw date, entry method, Entry Number information, current Entry Numbers Sold count, and any Draw-specific instructions.

Entry to a Draw may be available by Online Entry and/or No Purchase Entry, depending on the Draw and the final approved Draw rules.

Each Draw runs from the opening date and time shown on the relevant Draw listing page until the closing date and time shown on that page.

All dates and times are based on London, England time unless stated otherwise.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the Draw.

Lindo Guitars may change the opening date, closing date, or Draw date if this is reasonably necessary. If that happens, the updated details will be shown on the relevant Draw listing page.

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant Draw listing page, Lindo Guitar Draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom and to customers in eligible international locations who are aged 18 years or over.

International entrants are responsible for making sure they are allowed to enter under the laws and rules that apply where they live. International entrants should also be aware that, if they win, they will be responsible for the cost of international prize shipping and any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or other local charges. Lindo Guitars may refuse or cancel an entry if an entrant is not eligible, if a Draw cannot lawfully be offered in their location, or if shipping the prize to that location is not reasonably possible.

You must not enter a Draw if you are under 18 years old, not resident in an eligible country or region, an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Lindo Limited, directly involved in the administration or operation of the Draw, a member of the immediate family or household of anyone listed above, or otherwise prohibited from entering under applicable law or the Draw-specific rules.

By entering a Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and eligible to claim the prize if you win.

Lindo Guitars may ask you to provide proof of identity, age, address, eligibility, and account ownership before confirming an Entry Number, awarding a prize, issuing a Launch Offer voucher, or transferring ownership of a prize.

Each valid entry into a Draw is represented by an Entry Number.

Entry Numbers are used to identify entries in the Draw. They do not represent shares, ownership, financial investment, store credit, cash value, or any right other than participation in the relevant Draw under these Terms & Conditions.

Entry Numbers may be allocated only after an entry has been accepted, verified, and approved.

Submitting an entry request does not always mean an Entry Number has been created immediately. This is especially important for No Purchase Entry requests, which may need to be checked before one Entry Number is allocated.

Each valid allocated Entry Number has the same chance of winning as every other valid allocated Entry Number in the same Draw.

Where Online Entry is available, you may enter a Draw through the online entry process on the relevant Draw listing page.

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant Draw listing page, Online Entry costs GBP 1 per Entry Number.

The number of Entry Numbers selected by you determines the total online entry cost. Online Entry is only valid once payment is successfully completed, the entry has been accepted by Lindo Guitars, and the relevant Entry Numbers have been allocated.

Unless stated otherwise by Lindo Guitars in writing, each customer account is subject to a rolling 30-day spend cap of GBP 500 for paid Entry Numbers. This is a customer-level limit and is not an overall maximum Entry Number cap for any individual Draw.

A single online purchase is also limited to a maximum of 300 Entry Numbers.

Online Entry must be completed using the method shown on the Website. Online Entry does not guarantee that you will win a prize.

You may enter a Draw without making a purchase by sending a No Purchase Entry request by post.

Your No Purchase Entry must be sent separately for each Draw you wish to enter.

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant Draw listing page, your No Purchase Entry must be sent to:

Your No Purchase Entry must include your full name, postal address, email address, contact telephone number, the name of the Draw you wish to enter, and confirmation that you are aged 18 or over and eligible to enter.

Each No Purchase Entry request is limited to one Entry Number per person, per Draw.

Bulk entries, duplicate entries, incomplete entries, illegible entries, entries sent together in one envelope, entries containing false information, or entries that do not match the final Draw Terms may be rejected.

Postal entries must be received before the Draw closing date and time. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included.

Lindo Guitars will not normally acknowledge receipt of No Purchase Entry requests.

You may need to have a registered customer account with matching details before a No Purchase Entry can be processed. This helps us verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, and administer the Draw fairly.

Submitting a No Purchase Entry does not create an Entry Number immediately. If the request is valid and approved under the final Draw Terms, one Entry Number will be allocated for that Draw.

No Purchase Entry has the same chance of winning as Online Entry once a valid Entry Number has been allocated.

No Purchase Entry does not count towards Launch Offer eligibility.

Lindo Guitars may apply reasonable entry limits, account limits, payment method checks, identity checks, address checks, anti-abuse checks, fraud-prevention checks, or spend controls to protect the fairness and integrity of each Draw.

Unless stated otherwise by Lindo Guitars in writing, each customer account is subject to a rolling 30-day spend cap of GBP 500 for paid Entry Numbers. This is a customer-level limit. It is not an overall maximum Entry Number cap for any individual Draw.

A single online purchase is also limited to a maximum of 300 Entry Numbers.

Lindo Guitar Draws do not use a fixed overall total Entry Number cap per Draw. This means there is no fixed maximum total number of Entry Numbers that may be sold or allocated for a Draw.

There is no minimum number of Entry Numbers required before a Draw can produce a winner. If only one valid Entry Number has been sold or allocated for a Draw when it closes, that valid Entry Number can win.

Each valid allocated Entry Number has the same chance of winning as every other valid allocated Entry Number in the same Draw.

The final odds for a Draw depend on the final number of valid allocated Entry Numbers after the Draw closes and after any invalid, refunded, duplicate, disputed, or rejected entries have been removed.

The Entry Numbers Sold count shown on a Draw listing page is intended to show the current live sold or allocated count for that Draw. The final valid Entry Number count may be different if entries are later removed, refunded, rejected, cancelled, disputed, or found to be invalid.

Lindo Guitars may reject, cancel, or remove entries that appear to be automated, duplicated, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, incomplete, submitted through multiple accounts, or otherwise contrary to the spirit of the Draw.

Where stated on the relevant Draw listing page, a Launch Offer applies. The Launch Offer is a promotional customer protection feature. It does not increase your chance of winning a Draw.

If the same customer account purchases 300 qualifying paid Entry Numbers across one or more qualifying Draw listings during the same rolling 3-month period, and those qualifying Entry Numbers do not win a guitar prize, Lindo Guitars will issue that customer account with one £300 Launch Offer voucher towards an eligible guitar purchase, subject to the verification and conditions in this section.

The Launch Offer applies only to qualifying paid Entry Numbers. It does not apply to No Purchase Entry.

To qualify for a Launch Offer voucher:

• the qualifying paid Entry Numbers must be linked to the same customer account;
• the qualifying paid Entry Numbers must have been purchased during the same rolling 3-month period;
• the customer account must have at least 300 final qualifying paid Entry Numbers;
• the qualifying set will consist of the earliest 300 final qualifying paid Entry Numbers within that rolling 3-month period;
• none of those selected 300 qualifying paid Entry Numbers must have won a guitar prize;
• the relevant paid entries must not have been refunded, cancelled, failed, reversed, disputed, charged back, rejected, or disqualified;
• the customer account must pass Lindo Guitars' normal verification, eligibility, anti-abuse, and fraud-prevention checks.

Where these conditions are met, the Launch Offer voucher value is £300. Entry Numbers beyond the selected qualifying 300 do not increase the voucher value, do not carry forward, and do not create a further Launch Offer entitlement.

Pending or unresolved Entry Numbers outside the selected qualifying 300 do not delay the Launch Offer voucher once the selected 300 have been fully verified as final qualifying non-winning Entry Numbers.

A customer account may receive only one Launch Offer voucher during the lifetime of the Launch Offer. Spend or Entry Numbers from different customer accounts, different people, or separate accounts cannot be combined, stacked, pooled, or used to create or multiply Launch Offer entitlement.

A Launch Offer voucher is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is personal to the qualifying customer account, is non-transferable, must not be used to buy Entry Numbers, and cannot be combined with another voucher unless Lindo Guitars expressly agrees otherwise. It may be used only for qualifying Lindo Guitars products or in the way Lindo Guitars specifies when the voucher is issued.

The Launch Offer voucher will normally expire 28 days after issue unless a different expiry date is stated when the voucher is issued.

Lindo Guitars staff may review the customer account, payment history, entry history, refund history, eligibility, and fraud-prevention information before issuing the Launch Offer voucher. This review is to confirm that the customer meets the stated Launch Offer conditions. It is not intended to remove the Launch Offer where the customer has genuinely met the conditions.

The prize for each Draw is described on the relevant Draw listing page.

Prize information, images, descriptions, specifications, and RRP values are provided in good faith. Minor differences in appearance, finish, specification, packaging, accessories, or availability may occur.

Where a prize becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied, Lindo Guitars may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, or another suitable alternative, where lawful and reasonable.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless Lindo Guitars expressly offers a cash alternative.

Delivery costs and any international import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, or other local charges are dealt with under Section 12 of these Terms & Conditions.

The winner will be selected from the final valid allocated Entry Numbers after the Draw closes.

There is no minimum number of Entry Numbers required before a Draw can produce a winner. If only one valid Entry Number has been sold or allocated for a Draw when it closes, that valid Entry Number can win.

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant Draw listing page, Lindo Guitars intends to use randomizer.uk, RANDOM.ORG, or an equivalent independent and auditable random selection method, to select the winning Entry Number.

Before winner selection, Lindo Guitars may verify the final list of valid Entry Numbers, remove invalid or duplicate entries, and confirm that the Draw has closed correctly.

The final valid Entry Number range and the selection process may be recorded for audit purposes.

Only valid Entry Numbers allocated before the closing date and time will be included.

Lindo Guitars may delay a Draw if needed to verify entries, investigate duplicate or abusive entries, complete technical checks, or ensure the Draw is administered fairly.

The decision of Lindo Guitars is final, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Lindo Guitars will contact the winner using the account details or contact details provided with the entry.

The winner may be required to confirm their identity, age, address, eligibility, and contact information before the prize is awarded.

If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide required verification, Lindo Guitars may select another eligible winner from the valid Entry Numbers.

The prize must be claimed personally by the winner and may not be claimed by a third party on the winner's behalf without written approval from Lindo Guitars.

Delivery or collection details will be arranged directly with the winner.

Unless stated otherwise on the relevant Draw listing page, standard delivery of the prize is included for winners in the United Kingdom.

International winners are responsible for the cost of international shipping or courier delivery of the prize. Lindo Guitars will confirm the applicable delivery cost with the winner before dispatch.

International winners are also responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage charges, clearance fees, and any other local charges that may apply in the destination country.

Lindo Guitars may ask the winner to provide information reasonably needed for delivery, customs paperwork, courier booking, age verification, identity checks, eligibility checks, and prize handover.

Lindo Guitars may refuse or cancel prize delivery to a location if delivery to that location is unlawful, unsafe, unavailable, commercially impossible, or not reasonably possible through available courier services.

Lindo Guitars may publish or make available information showing that a valid award took place. This may include the winner's surname, county or region, winning Entry Number, and prize details.

If you object to some or all of this information being published, please contact Lindo Guitars before the Draw date. We may still be required to provide winner information to a regulator or authority if lawfully requested.

Lindo Guitars may ask the winner to participate in reasonable publicity, such as a winner photo, testimonial, or delivery photo. Participation in publicity is optional unless otherwise stated, and refusal will not affect the winner's entitlement to the prize where the winner is otherwise eligible.

Personal information provided in connection with a Draw will be used to administer the Draw, verify eligibility, process entries, allocate Entry Numbers, contact winners, deliver prizes, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and handle customer support.

Personal information may be processed by Lindo Guitars and trusted service providers involved in payment processing, website hosting, email, shipping, verification, or administration.

Lindo Guitars may reject entries, cancel Entry Numbers, withhold prizes, withhold Launch Offer vouchers, or disqualify an entrant if we reasonably believe that the entrant is not eligible, has provided false information, has attempted to avoid entry limits, has used automated systems, has attempted to manipulate the Draw, has abused the Launch Offer, or has breached these Terms & Conditions.

No refund will be due where an entrant is disqualified because of fraud, abuse, false information, ineligibility, chargeback abuse, account misuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Lindo Guitars is not responsible for entries, payments, emails, postal entries, or communications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, undelivered, or not received due to technical failure, postal delay, internet issues, payment issues, device problems, server problems, or third-party service failure.

If a technical issue affects the fairness or administration of a Draw, Lindo Guitars may pause, amend, delay, cancel, or rerun the affected part of the Draw where reasonably necessary.

Paid Online Entry fees are generally non-refundable once an entry has been accepted and Entry Numbers have been allocated, unless otherwise required by law or Lindo Guitars decides otherwise.

Refunds will not normally be given if you later discover you are not eligible, entered by mistake, change your mind, are disqualified, fail to provide required verification, or do not win.

If a paid Online Entry is refunded, cancelled, reversed, disputed, charged back, rejected, or removed, the related Entry Numbers will not count as valid Entry Numbers for the Draw and will not count towards Launch Offer eligibility.

If a Draw is cancelled by Lindo Guitars before winner selection, Lindo Guitars will explain the available remedy, which may include refunding qualifying paid entries.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to the above, Lindo Guitars is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from entry into a Draw, use of the Website, technical failure, postal delay, third-party failure, or inability to take up a prize, except where required by law.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Lindo Guitars may amend these Terms & Conditions, update Draw details, suspend a Draw, cancel a Draw, or change the Draw timetable if reasonably necessary due to technical issues, legal requirements, suspected abuse, fraud, operational issues, prize availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where changes are material, Lindo Guitars will try to communicate them clearly on the Website.

Lindo Guitars reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and the version shown on the Website at the relevant time will apply to the relevant Draw, subject to any rights that cannot be changed by law.

Changes to these Terms will not be used to unfairly remove a Launch Offer voucher entitlement that a customer has already genuinely earned under the Launch Offer conditions then in force.

Unless stated otherwise, Lindo Guitar Draws are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Meta, Google, or any other social media platform.

Any third-party platform, payment provider, shipping provider, or service provider used in connection with a Draw is not responsible for administering the Draw unless expressly stated.

Lindo Guitars may carry out checks to prevent fraud, abuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, identity misuse, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, payment misuse, or other unlawful activity.

We may refuse or cancel entries, withhold prizes, withhold Launch Offer vouchers, request evidence, close accounts, or report suspicious activity where we reasonably believe that a Draw, account, payment method, Launch Offer claim, or entry is being misused.

We do not accept cash entries for Online Entry. Payments and refunds, where applicable, should normally be made through approved payment methods and may be returned through the original payment route where possible.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence.
